This case involves a 53-year-old woman who presented with sagging in the mid and lower face, giving her a tired and sad expression. The second photo from the left shows the result after 4ml of hyaluronic acid cheek filler (2ml on each side). This led to noticeable improvement in cheek volume, as well as an indirect lifting effect on the nasolabial folds and jowls. In the third photo, an additional 4ml of filler was used to enhance the chin and jawline, eliminating the double chin. This also sharpened the jawline, defined it more clearly, and smoothed the jowls. The final photo on the right shows the outcome after 9ml of filler was applied to the tear troughs, nasolabial folds, lips, cheeks, and jawline.

The overall result is a naturally rejuvenated, lifted, and well-rested appearance.
